In Houston, TX, from 1986 to 1995, Anthony Allen Shore was
responsible for the rape and murder of one woman and three
children. He raped an additional girl but fled the scene
afterwards and didn't murder her. There is a very high
likelihood that his crimes may have gone unsolved for years if he
hadn't been turned in by his family for molesting his two
daughters. He is known as the "Tourniquet Killer" because it
was the method he used to murder 3 of his victims.
