simple observation of something she had seen in local Facebook
groups. The feature unpicks aspects of human behaviour, crime and
mass survellieance and it asks a big question about the trade-offs
we make when embracing ubiquitous, convenient and cheap technology
solutions to perceived problems. Gabi joins Anna Rawhiti-Connell to
discuss her observational instinct as a journalist, how she
substantiates those observations, and how she balances empathetic
and human storytelling with very big and often morally questionable
