Tryambakam during a Saturday evening Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad
Meinberg, Germany. The Om Tryambakam is a healing mantra, which is
also called Mahamrityunjaya Mantra. The healing power of the mantra
can be sung as a support for their own or for the healing of
others. It is also a protection mantra for travelers, a blessing
mantra by birthdays and a mantra for deads. In the Yoga Vidya
seminar houses and centers it is recited in every morning and
evening satsang. It is in simplified transliteration: Om tryambakam
yajamahe sugandhim pushtivardhanam urvaarukamiva bandhanan mrityor
