The Om Purnamadah Purnamidam as part of the Peace Prayers is: Om
Purnam Adah Purnam Idam Purnat Purnam Udachyate / Purnasya Purnam
Adaya Purnam Evavashishyate // It is sung by Lalita and the
Kinderyogaübungsleiterausbildung-Gruppe, and is musically
accompanied by a dynamic accompaniment to the participation. This
Shanti Mantra is a Veda Mantra, one of the most important and
well-known verses of the Vedas. Purna means fullness, perfection,
infinity. Thus, in this Veda mantra the fullness, the infinity, the
unity of the creation are sung. In the Yoga Vidya Kirtan Songbook,
you will find the Kirtan text. \"Om Purnamadah\" can be singled as
a single mantra, you can sing it at the beginning of the meditation
to get into a meditative state, you can sing it at the end of the
meditation and you can also sing it at the beginning or end of a
yoga practise or a lecture recite. At Yoga Vidya we recite it every
