Catherine Flanagan and Margaret Higgins, the Merseyside
murderesses emigrated to Liverpool in order to escape and survive
the famine, An Gorta Mór, but the Irish sisters would do more
than just survive in the busting port city, they would
thrive...at the expense of others. The devious actions of these
deadly women would earn them the moniker of the Black Widows of
Liverpool.
