Weekly Political Panel: Nicola Willis and Tangi Utikere

Former Police Commissioner Andrew Coster been placed on leave,
after a damning report found serious misconduct at the highest
levels of police. Mr Coster is the chief executive of the Social
Investment Agency. The IPCA has criticised the former police
executive for failing to act on allegations of sexual offending
by former Deputy Commissioner Jevon McSkimming, and interfering
in the resulting investigation. Ingrid Hipkiss is joined by
National's Nicola Willis and in for Carmel Sepuloni, is Labour's
Tangi Utikere.
