Nicola is a breath work coach for woman specialising in anxiety,
pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I believe Nicola’s superpower is in her ability to help women
harness their feminine energy and let go of the feeling of fear
and self doubt.

We connected over instagram last year and then started working
together in early April to support me with a healthy pregnancy.

Nicola has an incredible ability to hold space for the women she
