vil have dig til at tro? Eller er det blevet en hel kult?
I dagens episode af Sund Fornuft deinfluerer Sophie Birch en af
tidens største trends: LØB. Hun graver i forskningen, kulturen og
psykologien bag løbebølgen – og deler ærligt sin egen erfaring
