connection with nature to intense night terrors that, looking
back, I think were my first spiritual experiences…


My mum reveals how difficult those night terrors were for her and
how, at the time, she didn't connect them to my psychic
abilities. We also explore my journey with mental health and the
challenges I faced. She was there for me through it all,
including my struggles with antidepressants and how my connection
to spirit eventually helped me heal


Plus, we'll touch on the heartbreaking reality of NHS struggles,
especially when it came to my nan's battle with cancer and the
recent diagnosis of a close family friend
