Why?! This all could have been avoided.
So many problems, so much pain, so much uncertainty.
Instead of staying by the pool, being cooked for, even having my
laundry folded for me—I chose a hammock.
With it, I traveled through Central and South America. Terrible
sailing experiences and nighttime shootouts were only a fraction
of what followed that decision.
And now… I had to go through it.
