The Power of Purpose with Saman Soltani

Saman Soltani is a former Iranian artistic swimmer and nowadays
Austrian canyoing athlete. She is Asian Vice Champion and
Austrian Champion in canyoing and took part at the Olympic Games
2024 in Paris as one of the athletes of the refugee team. Saman
came to Austria in 2022 after she couldn’t go back from a
trainingcamp in Barcelona anymore. Since then, she lives in
Vienna and fights for her dream of again taking part
at the Olympic games.

champion in artistic swimming

the switch to canoying, the time of coming to Austria and how
she felt about starting from the beginning
