Sunshine State vibes, Berlin chaos and a missed flight - this
episode has it all. We sat down in London with rising country
artist McCoy Moore fresh off an unforgettable weekend in Berlin,
where things got so wild he literally missed his flight. From
rebooking while hungover to somehow making it in time for a show in
Munich, this one already starts like a movie. We talk about his
brand new single “Sunshine State”, the title track of his upcoming
album dropping May 22, and how he’s bringing those laid-back
Florida vibes all the way to stages in London. But this episode
goes way beyond the music. From favorite chip flavors (Thai Sweet
Chicken takes the crown) to wild 4th of July beach nights in
Florida, we get into the stories behind the songs. McCoy shares how
he finds inspiration in everyday conversations, even random moments
like meeting fans… or singing ideas into his phone in the shower.
We also dive into life between Nashville and Florida, dream trucks
(including a vintage F-150 that still needs some love) and the kind
of real-life experiences that shape his sound. It’s raw, funny, a
little chaotic and exactly what you’d expect from a conversation
with McCoy Moore. If you’re into country music, storytelling and
those “how did we even survive that night?” kind of memories, this
one’s for you.
