eventually grew into GenoSource, a partnership of eight families
milking 4,000 cows at elite production levels. Even after a
devastating storm in 2020, the group chose long-term rebuilding
over short-term fixes. This is a story about discipline, shared
values, and why consistency - not shortcuts - builds enduring
