Lawrence Wilkerson is a retired Colonel in the US Army and the
former Chief of Staff to the US Secretary of State. Colonel
Wilkerson argues that NATO has exhausted itself, abandoned
strategic thinking, rationality, and is no longer fit for
purpose. The inability to adjust to existing realities and
deliver security will continue to cause internal divisions.
