1.Plan One Day Ahead – If you’re not intentional about what
you’re doing tomorrow, someone else’s intention or agenda will
overtake yours.

2. Fix the Root Cause – Constantly putting out fires? Find out
what’s causing them and solve that problem instead.

3. Hourglass Method – Your input determines your output, know the
result you want and pour your time into the activity that creates
them.

4. Circle of Focus – If you focus on 1 thing with your agenda
you’ll make way more progress than by trying to do 37 different
things.

5. Be a Leader – There’s a limit to how much a single human can
do, but with the right squad supporting us we can make a huge
impact.
