What happens when you truly trust young people with leadership?

In this episode, I sit down with Atte and Joe to talk about the
story behind Oikos, a church plant in Helsinki, Finland’s
capital, that has grown into far more than just a local
congregation—it’s becoming a movement.

We explore how empowering young leaders from the very beginning
shaped the culture, mission, and momentum of Oikos. Atte and Joe
share the challenges of planting a church in one of Europe’s most
secular societies, what it takes to reach people who have little
to no church background, and why leadership development is not a
side strategy but the core strategy.

If you care about church planting, reaching secular Europe, or
building movements instead of institutions, this conversation
will inspire and challenge you.
