Elated by the renaissance of music in my life, lightheartedness
also returned. The next few days flew by and were characterized
by a good mood. I spent a lot of time with old friends, laughing
and enjoying the variations of electronic dance music. Since the
weather had improved, we decided to visit an open-air party
during the weekend once again. I quickly found a suitable event.
A friendly collective wanted to accommodate the most necessary on
a converted handcart and headed towards a small lake outside the
city. An oasis of bliss from friends for friends without all the
frills and fuss.
When we arrived at the lake, we found a small community of
contented people enjoying the sun with smiles on their faces.
After the first cold drink my mood quickly went to the right
operating temperature and the dance leg started to bounce. I
didn’t stay for long on the picnic blanket. The music had a
magical influence on me, like the singing of the sirens. Suddenly
I was under its spell and started to dance. There was no defined
dance floor, only a few individual figures scattered along the
shore, moving timidly rhythmically. For many, this sight would
probably be unremarkable and maybe even boring, but for me this
scenery just felt right.
