John Rynecki is a deep house DJ and music producer from Chicago
and Panama on a mission to make the world a better place. Through
the sets he plays and the events he curates, he creates spaces
for connection and presence. In a world full of distractions,
giving someone the space to dance, connect, and outsmart their
smartphone is one of the best gifts of all.


As co-founder of Chicago Electronic Music Conference (CEMC), John
is committed to uplifting artists and industry professionals by
bridging the culture of dance music with the realities of today’s
music industry. Rooted in Chicago’s house legacy and guided by a
belief that dance music can build better futures, John continues
to push for spaces that reflect the values of this rich culture.
