In this devotional kirtan “Satchidananda Guru”, Omesha praises
the divine reality that reveals itself in the form of the Guru -
as Being (Sat), Consciousness (Chid) and Bliss (Ananda).

The deeply vibrating melodies and the clear, loving voice invite
you to become still and connect with the inner light. It is a
song of gratitude - for the teachers on our path, for the wisdom
within ourselves, for the divine guidance in all phases of life.

Text excerpt:

Satchidananda Guru, Satchidananda

Satchidananda Guru, Satchidananda // 1 //

Ananda Guru Om, Shivananda Guru Om

Ananda Guru Om, Shivananda Guru Om // 2 //

Meaning:

The Guru is the embodiment of being, consciousness and bliss - he
leads us from darkness to light.

Let this kirtan become an inner prayer - in silent joy, in sound,
in the memory of that which dwells eternally within you.
