Germany’s corporate landscape is shifting. Deutsche Bahn has
appointed Evelyn Palla as CEO, charging her with restoring
profitability, punctuality and a more reliable rail network from
October.

In wealth management, Deutsche Bank is opening private-equity
access to affluent clients, highlighting the momentum behind
alternatives. Markets wobbled as Norma Group moved to sell its
