Today, as Moscow tightens restrictions on gas sales and mobile
networks amid Ukraine’s escalating campaign against Moscow’s oil
industry, reports emerge that Russian workers are being told to
halt operations as “preemptive measures” against drone attacks.

the EU about the broader implications for the war.
