What really happens behind the scenes at top-level FEI events? In
this episode, we talk with Patrick Borg, the
Stable Manager at major FEI competitions, who
oversees the stabling and welfare of hundreds of elite
sport horses.

Patrick shares how he ensures every horse—from Olympic veterans
to young stars—enjoys safe, clean, and stress-free
conditions throughout the show. We dive into
biosecurity protocols, logistical
challenges, and what it takes to make an
international stable feel like home for horses and
grooms alike.
