In August 1973, unbeknownst to the City of Houston, a serial killer
named Dean Corll was running wild. Between 1970 and 1973, teenage
boys were disappearing from the suburbs but authorities failed to
notice the pattern.  It wasn’t until one of Dean Corll's
accomplices shot him dead, that authorities connected the 28
