#13 Why banning headshots in job applications won't prevent discrimination

Some companies in the US specifically ask their job applicants
not to include photos of theirs such as headshots in their
application documents. In more extreme cases, the hiring
corporations even demand that and job applications get
immediately rejected if such photos are included.
