[#61] Being a freelance in Berlin: uncovering the path of making jewellery & small objects with Italian artist Devi Petti

I met Devi at one of her workshops exploring the lost-wax
technique, as I was creating my very first piece of handmade
jewellery. I loved the experience and was fascinated by her tiny
lively world, full of organic shapes, nature, insects and colours
🪲


Sitting down for the first time with a jewellery artist/maker, I
was very curious to find out about Devi's background, from her
studies about industrial design in Italy to launching an
independent creative practice in Berlin ️


From process (working directly with material rather than
concept), making small decorative objects for every aspect of
life, to collaborating with others in a shared space, deep dive
in her creative daily life 🪐
