In this episode of the Proper True Yarn Podcast, we sit down with
rugby legend Adam Ashley-Cooper, one of the game's most versatile
and skilled players. Adam takes us through his journey from the
Central Coast, where he grew up raiding crab traps and playing
rugby league, to making the switch to rugby union and achieving
Wallabies greatness.

From family secrets and half-brothers who shaped his destiny
(including Wallabies great Graham, who Adam only discovered was
his half-brother much later in life), to the challenges and
rewards of making a career in rugby, Adam shares the highs, lows,
and unique stories that made him the player we know today. He
talks about the tough transition from league to union, the
inspiration behind his game, and why players like Kurtley Beale
and Quade Cooper could have thrived in rugby league.

Get ready for a yarn full of laughs, wisdom, and insights on what
it truly takes to succeed at the top level of rugby.
