Prof. Dr. Julien Weiss | TU Berlin | Professor of Aerodynamics

Our guest today is Prof. Dr. Julien Weiss. He is head of the
department of aerodynamics at the institute of aeronautics and
astronautics at TU Berlin.


His main teaching and research activities are in the fields of
flow physics and control, applied aerodynamics and aerodynamic
measurement technology.


Julien Weiss studied engineering in Stuttgart and then went on to
the École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique,
France for a M.Sc.


In addition to many tips for the postdoc period, the interview
also covers the uncertainties on the way to a professorship and
the need to always have a plan B.
