Pretty Sure you've had a (quarter) life crisis before

Everybody talks about a mid-life crisis (you know those jokes
when a 40 y/o suddenly gets divorced and gets a young girlfriend
or buys a fancy car or something) but why does no one talk about
a quarter-life crisis? 
So in this episode, I'm talking about my own quarter-life
struggles, what's going on in my mind right now, what being
single is like, why this always tends to happen near a birthday,
and what we can do about it. You know what I'm talking about,
that mini-crisis you get when you're in your 20s or mid-20s and
then you realize you're not where you'd want to be, or something
else hits you and then you spiral. Hope this resonates with you,
and remember, your life doesn't have to be perfect!
