Network of ARTs and how to navigate the meanders of their complexity

After the 2025 SAFe Summit in Sorrento, Italy, Renaud Granier, an
SPCT candidate and SAFe expert for Accenture, discusses with Henrik
Gruber the organization form called network of ARTs. Renaud points
out how, as companies grow to achieve economies of scale,
dependencies levy a heavy tax on those efficiencies. This dilemma
is marked by exponential communication complexity and conflicting
