Holdings Coporation! Scienjoy was founded in 2011 and listed on
the Nasdaq in 2019. What started out as a livestreaming company
has become one of China’s most popular types of online
entertainment. Just recently, Scienjoy acquired DVCC Technology,
which is the operator of the metaverse-based Dubai Verse Cup. In
