David Roden bio:
Howdy, David Roden is the co-founder of ALG, the Accountable Life
Group, and it was formed by individuals who are accountable for
their lives to change themselves for the better. He's also the
author of Drop the Baggage. At 19, David was over 400 pounds. He
was prediabetic, suicidal, and had high blood pressure. A few
years later, he started his journey and is now a healthy 215lb
and helps others through the fundamental principles he
implemented to create lasting results.
