Tom Portesy - expert for people

president of an international franchise trade fair organizer for
many years, after which he founded his new company Careertopia
with friends - specializing in the best of the franchise and
event industry. Today he lives between his projects and
grandchildren.


He explains that the success of an organization largely depends
on how well a manager can convince their employees of their
vision and direction. And it makes no difference whether you are
