One hour a day, for seven days, improve something within the home
environment. Allow the activity to be outside, involve movement,
and forward progress towards a goal. If living in an apartment or
prefer to be out, pick up garbage at a park or near a river,
spring cleaning in the fall…or whenever season it may be. The
objective is to be outside and somehow improve the setting and
oneself.
