What 2024 taught me - Part 1 - Realtalk with Manu

2024 has been one hell of a year for me! Not only did I birth
this podcast, but my personal life and my whole mindset towards
life shifted 360 degrees.
2023 ended with a bang: I left my prestigious job that had
brought me close to a burnout and left me feeling like an empty
corpse, my soul floating somewhere in space far away from me. I
quit, because I wanted to FEEL myself again. The last months of
2023 I spent weaving ideas of what I wanted my new life to look
like. Little did I know that I had to leave all of my old life
behind to begin anew.
I started 2024 with a partner by my side, but halfway through
January he left, because he didn't identify with me and all the
changes in my life anymore. The changes I took to become a
healthier and more fulfilled self again. It hurt like hell, but
it was the last construct of my old life that had to fall away
for my new life to begin.

In this solo episode of the Traumweberinnen Podcast, that
celebrates its 1 year anniversary, I talk about beginning this
new life and what the first couple of months of 2024 taught me.
