If there’s anything the past 2 years have taught us, it’s that
things don’t always go according to plan. In addition to a global
pandemic, here are just a few of the issues our colleagues have
had to deal with recently (in no particular order):

– Contracting Covid
– Illness of a family member requiring your care
– Working from home instead of an office
– Moving house under lockdown restrictions
– Accident resulting in broken bone or other disabling
injury
– New baby
– House fire
– Difficulty finding a new home
– Sick pet
– Loss of childcare
– Death of a loved one
– Increased costs of necessities such as medication or fuel
– Illness requiring surgery
– Actual war breaking out in your country
– Kids home all day to homeschool
– Loss of primary or supplementary income

Just reading that list might stress you out, or it might make you
think “HOLY CRAP I’M A WARRIOR!” One thing is for sure – we can’t
predict the future and we can’t prevent the universe from
throwing us a curve ball. So….how can you keep your business
afloat (and your sanity in check) when a crisis occurs?
