be stable financially?! Will my parents be still healthy after
five years?!


It is always okay to think about the future, but thinking too
much and worrying about it always is never okay!!! :( In this
self help episode, I talk about one beautiful way of living named
'One day at a Time'!!!. This simple but effective technique will
ensure that you stay more in the 'present' rather than 'living in
