008: Question and Answer Roundup 1

Play Episode 8 Here One focus of this project is to answer
questions I receive from SE people about our work. This time I'm
working off 3 questions: Why does it take so long to learn SE?Did I
do something wrong if I lost a noncommittal client?What does it
mean to talk to people in different ways depending on where they
are in the stress response? Simple like that.
