AF 107: High-Performance Athlete, Coach and Alpha Female Adventurer Elisa Kurylowicz

Elisa Kurylowicz is a high-performance sports athlete local to
the Ottawa area. She is a 2x National Champion and World Cup Gold
medal winning athlete in the sport of Freestyle Mogul Skiing. She
followed her athletic career with 11 years coaching at the
Provincial and National levels. Coaching is her passion, yet the
topics and direction have evolved from technical skiing into a
more spiritual practice of helping to inspire others to be their
best selves. She believes that there is so much more to life then
the 9 to 5 job, and so she’s sharing her life lessons from her
ski career and failing to qualify for the Olympic Games, to
getting married and then divorced 1 year later, to gaining and
then losing 85lbs, and then taking a leap of faith, following her
gut and changing her life completely with the world. She’s a
