Carley once worked in the intense corporate fashion world of New
York City, spending her workdays people pleasing, and her nights
and weekends shopping and drinking to fill the void she felt
within. Almost daily, she struggled with low self-worth, poor
relationships, and constant anxiety. Worn down and tired, she
finally decided it was time to make a change and she began
setting aside an hour a day just for herself.

Over the next two and a half years, she went through a process of
personal transformation. She realized her issues arose from being
afraid to say No —whether out of reluctance to hurt
others’ feelings or due to her own crippling anxiety and guilt.

In late 2015, she quit her corporate job, and enrolled at
the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York
City to become a IIN Health Coach. Today, she is a Self Care
Coach and Author of the book Boundaries with Soul, living
just outside of Seattle, Washington.
