AF 184: PCOS Warrior and Naturopath Dr. Samina Mitha

Dr. Samina Mitha is a licensed and registered Naturopathic
Doctor. She is passionate about helping patients find true
clarity and confidence in their health using evidence-based
natural therapies. Dr. Samina strives to provide empowerment,
support, and education to patients with hormone health concerns
in a compassionate environment. 


Dr. Samina focuses her practice on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
(PCOS), Fertility and Thyroid health and has completed extensive
clinical and education training in Reproductive Health and
Fertility. 


Her clinical experience includes working within a fertility
clinic alongside the reproductive endocrinologists and nurses to
support and treat many fertility patients/couples with PCOS,
endometriosis, unexplained infertility, thyroid conditions, and
IVF and IUI processes.


Having been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Samina
has a personal connection with women who experience hormonal
imbalances. Her drive and passion to become a Naturopathic Doctor
stemmed from wanting to support women with reproductive concerns.
