it can impact a mother's healing from birth trauma.

Julia Nichol is the founder and owner of Intuition Parenting
Support Services. She supports families in so many ways: as a
Gentle Sleep Consultant, a Birth, Postpartum & Sibling Doula,
a Birth Story Listener, and a Reiki Practitioner. Can you
envision life with some or all these offerings? Julia daydreams
of a norm where new families are not only celebrated with gifts,
but also with much-needed services that nurture the body, mind,
and soul.

Julia lives in Russell, Ontario with her husband and two children
aged 4 and 7 who are her constant inspiration for her work. She
loves to be outdoors as much as she can, forest bathe, dive into
a book, and get creative cooking up delicious and nourishing
meals.

Julia supports families in Ottawa and surrounding areas as well
as virtually.
