Robyn talks to Angel Rockwell about her passion for helping
mothers transition into motherhood. 


Angel is an Intuitive Motherhood & Certified Health Coach.
She helps new moms decrease stress and anxiety to navigate
motherhood with confidence and ease without having to spend hours
a day on self care. So many women struggle in the early stages of
motherhood to balance the needs of their child, spouse, family,
and friends. They feel overwhelmed, frustrated, isolated,
exhausted, unsupported, and even guilty at the idea of taking
time for themselves.


Angel believes there is unlimited power in the truth of who you
are. Angel guides you to that truth so that you can create the
life you desire: grounded in your womanhood and fulfilled in
motherhood.


Angel is a mother to a three-year-old daughter, an 11-year-old
fur baby, and one baby angel who never set foot earth-side. She
lives in Kelowna, BC with her husband.
