May 18, 2017 / Last year, when the Floyd County Superior Court
denied Undisclosed’s request to copy the audio recording of Joey
Watkins’ trial and pre-trial hearings, Caplan Cobb LLP agreed to
represent Undisclosed in seeking the trial tapes, and on May 1st,
the Supreme Court of Georgia heard oral arguments in Undisclosed
v. State.
