In terms of mental health Paul make clear the old cliché “you
never see a motorbike outside a therapist's office’ is not
exactly true: while motorbikes can facilitate focus, excitement,
and even bliss, the blue meanies can still grab you, and in my
really down weeks I've chosen not to ride at all, as I'm not in
my right mind.” Time flies at full throttle when you listen to
the two experts and their stories. 100% worth it to listen.
