Soha is a mantra from Tibetan Buddhism. It is especially directed
to the Green Tara, the Tara of compassion. Thus Om Tare Tuttare
Ture Soha is regarded as a healing mantra, as a protection mantra,
as a consolation mantra and also as a mantra to help others better.
"Om Tare Tuttare" is an invocation of Tara, especially of Green
Tara. The Green Tara embodies the active compassion of all Buddhas
