Om Namo Narayanaya by Sonya from Mantra Circle

Sonya from Mantra Circle chants the mantra Om Namo Narayanaya at
Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Germany.


"Om Namo Narayanaya" is called Ashtakshara Mantra, eight syllable
mantra, Ashta - eight, Akshara - syllables, Ashtakshara Mantra of
Vishnu. Narayana is Vishnu, comes from Nara - human being,
Narayana is the one who dwells in all human beings, in all
creatures and is the one who works through all creatures. "Om
Namo Narayanaya" is also a peace mantra.
