Durga is the one who helps us to overcome fear, to be courageous
and full of confidence. You can chant this mantra again and again
when you need comfort or courage in the face of external or
internal difficulties.

Durgā, Durgā, Durgā, long live, long live the mother! The mother
who is an ocean of compassion, the mother Kālī with the skulls,
the mother who redeems the world, the mother of the world shall
live, long live, long live the mother!

You can share the audio with others, to spread love and
harmony.

This way you actively help to spread yoga around the world. You
can also support us with a donation which helps us keep our
association alive.

Mantra/ kirtan chanting is a wonderful practice to open the heart
and to feel divine presence.
