[ENG] Morocco is located in North Africa just across the strait of
Gibraltar. Aside from France and Spain, it is the only country with
access to both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean. With its
rich culture and history, Morrocco is home to various historical
towns that rightfully rank as some of the top travel destinations
in Africa.  To get a better understanding, we are joined this
week from London by my fellow debating friend Yasmine Chandid. She
takes us through the times of ancient Morrocco, the European
influence and post-independence developments, explains why the Arab
Spring did not lead to regime change and describes the Amazigh
impact in modern-day Morrocco.      ---
