Chris Norris, aka the "Cognitive Fitness Coach," is a retired
Navy Special Operations Veteran, Master Social Worker,
mindfulness-based intervention specialist, addiction recovery

Ultrarunner. At the time of this recording, Chris was 17 years
alcohol & substance free.
