The snowdrop

The fairy tale The Snowdrop is written by Hans Christian
Andersen.


It tells the story of a beautiful, strong flower that is the only
one that has come out during winter time. The flower is praised
by the sun, but mocked by the wind. A child finds the flower and
also praises it and takes it home with her. She dries the flower
and puts it in a letter she's sending to a friend. The snowdrop
goes on an adventure and ends up in a book.
